What's wrong with "the system" is that, through a series of bad decisions by Congress and the IRS going back years, the IRS is now so hopelessly backlogged that any tax return that requires human attention is taking 6 months or more to process. There is nothing you can do but wait.
If you have any further questions about why your tax return is delayed, please add them to your earlier thread. Do not post any more separate questions about the same issue. It's too confusing and hard to follow, and hard to see the whole picture, if information is scattered in multiple threads.
the pandemic also had a deleterious effect on the IRS. Like other employers. employees not coming to work, employees quitting, offices closed, having problems replacing employees.
