I did my taxes last year on turbotax and now when I try to log in & do my taxes it's treating me as a brand new customer. I need to upload last years tax info but can't

To get started it's asking me to type in or upload my last years tax forms.  I did not print them because I've never needed them in the past so I have no way to obtain the info

Make sure you are using the same login information you used last year.  It is common to have more than one TurboTax account linked to your phone number or email address.
