I did my taxes 3 months ago and went on IRS.gov it says they have no record of my taxes. What do I do?

Did you e-file and were your returns accepted?   If you e-filed you can check the status of your returns, it would show accepted, rejected, or pending.

Once your returns are accepted, only the IRS & State would know when you will receive your refund.  TurboTax does not get any updates regarding the processing of your return or when you will receive your refund.

To add to my post above, if you mailed in your return, then it is taking the IRS 6 months or more to process mailed in returns.  The reason is because the IRS is backlogged for 2020 and 2021.
