It can take the IRS 9 weeks to process the ID verification and make changes to the refund page. You can call the IRS and ask for an update, they will be able to tell you where you are in the process and when they expect to release your refund.

When I call the IRS it does the same questions as the website and says the same thing I've never gotten a person to talk to

Can I download my return WITHOUT a watermark if the status shows ACCEPTED, but in fact, I received the refund from the IRS? Why TurboTax is not updating the status?
