I did an exchange, I want to receive my tax refound, but when i try to put my bank account, I can't because it asks an US account and I don't have it. What should I do?

You need to file Form 1040-NR, which TT does not support. Go here instead:

I don't think you understand. You need to file a 1040-NR tax return, but cannot do so on Turbotax. Go to the Sprintax link that I gave you, or do it by hand:

The IRS will mail you a check,. But were you in the USA on a J-1 visa?

I was! Yes, J-1 visa. I went in December 2017 till the beggining of March 2018.
