I did an amended return for 2017 & later figured out I did not need too.Do I have to print & mail the amended return showing on Turbotax? I do not need to file one?

If you do not need to file an amended return although you have filled out the numbers in TurboTax, then you do have to file that amended return. What you did in TurboTax is not sent at all to the IRS until to decide to print out the amended return and file it by mail. In your case, do not send anything to the IRS.
