I did advance refund loan, I got my $3000 but when it comes to them taking that from my return do they only take that from my Federal or will they take it from State too?

Meaning would they take what I get of my State return then the rest from Federal? Or does it all come out of the Federal?

Federal and state are completely separate. The state refund goes from the state directly to you. No middle bank touching it like federal.
