If the tax year 2011 was not a typo, the IRS will not have a 2011 tax return.  The IRS only retains the prior 7 years of tax returns.

Sorry---we cannot help with a 2011 return.  The IRS and TurboTax only save returns for seven years, so even if you used TurboTax for 2011, that return is long gone.
