If you qualify for the Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you will be notified via email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return. If you are approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your temporary Turbo Visa Debit Card account to start spending online until you receive your physical card. You will receive your physical Turbo Visa Debit card in the mail within 5-10 business days. The temporary card you set up will work for 15 days or until you activate your physical Turbo Visa Debit Card.

If you do not qualify for the Refund Advance, your refund will still be loaded onto a Turbo Visa Debit Card.

I am not entitled to a refund but for the COVID 19 stimulus assistance I cannot remember if i did input my bank information how do I verify if  i did or did not?

You will need to wait for the Treasury to set up the web portal for you to enter the banking information. If you did not have a refund with Direct Deposit, the IRS does not have your banking information. 

 

"In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail."
