I couldn't check my refund on Ohio state site as they said I am not registered, what should I do knowing that i didn't recieve my refund yet ?

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?.

It says accepted as well as the federal,  though I did recieve the federal and I don't have a clue on the state , I did open the Ohio site and when  I entered my data , it is not saved

Not sure what you did on the Ohio site that makes you think you have to be registered for anything in order to check on your state refund.  Use this:
