I completed my 2018 taxes and e-filed them, then received a 1098-T that had been sent my old address. I amended doesn't show me where to mail amended copy, what to attach

Program didn't print a 1040X. Just a regular 1040 after I amended it.  Also didn't tell me where to mail amended return or what documents to attach. Should it have printed a 1040X with instructions?

You will not be able to file an amended tax return until Form 1040X is available in TurboTax. That is why your are not able to amend and print Form 1040X. The form is estimated to be available on February 22nd. Please click the link below to stay updated.
