I completed and filed my tax return but want to print a hard copy PDF. Does anyone know why that does not appear to be working?

Please see the TurboTax FAQ below on "How do I get a copy of a return I filed this year in TurboTax Online?".

If the Download/print return button on the Tax Home web page does not work to print your tax return, then follow this procedure -

1. When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

2. This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

3. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
