I completed an amended 1040x for gambling losses, printed it and since I have received my federal yesterday, I will be putting the signed form in mail. This correct?

Where did you put your gambling losses on 1040x? I can’t figure it out. Thanks!

That is correct.  

The IRS does not yet allow 1040X amended returns to be e-filed so they must be printed and mailed to the IRS.  We always suggest waiting to mail until after you have received your refund, as you have indicated.
