I chose to get my return with turbo tax card. The irs website says they sent it 2 days ago and I still have not received it. I thought it went through right away?

Once Where's My Refund? shows "Refund Sent" and a date, it could take up to 5 days for it to be reflected onto your card, it all depends on the bank the card is through and how and when the funds are credited to the card.

When will my refund be deposited to my Turbo Prepaid Visa® Card?

I received a 1099-B with only 1a, 1c, 1d are populated, and box 5 is checked, I am not able to upload that file and and manually fill the form, it is missing the date.
