I checked the box to have my return be sent to my savings account and gave my checking account number. I need to check the checking account box but I already filed and sent my return. Is there any way I can change this?

Once your send your return you cannot change it. The IRS will more than likely still be able to verify your name and the account number. Just be sure your routing and account number was entered correctly. The account will need to be in your name. A clerical error such as account type is not anything to worry about.
