I checked on the status of my NY refund and it says further review was needed. How can I get an accurate update? It has been many weeks now.

NY state is very slow for a lot of people this year. If you want to get a better idea of what's going on, you will need to contact the NY Department of Taxation and Finance. Turbo Tax doesn't have access to your NY account or information on any delays related to your return.
