I checked my state return and it says my return was forwarded to my bank on 4/28, my concern is 4/28 hasn't happened yet?

I find it intresting that I clicked on talk to a live representative, and I get a message board, it's false advertising, does anyone else agree?

If your State tax website says that, it means it WILL BE forwarded on April 28.
