When I try to print my return it says "Your Connecticut Fiduciary return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet". There is a link provided to inform me when these are done, but it brings me to an error page. This is on the 2025 Business desktop version. I have checked for updates and it says my software is up to date. Is this a bug or how can I tell which form(s) are not yet ready?
The TurboTax Form Availability tool (link below) shows all CT forms are ready with exception of the 'amendment' form. Though, the tool does not have any data on 1041 forms.

Please open TurboTax Business and allow the program to update. The Connecticut Fiduciary module update was released last night. You should now be able to print all or part of your CT Fiduciary return.
I am having the same issue. Very frustrating to not be able to complete my returns.
I have now contacted TurboTax/ Intuit twice about the issue. Each time they have opened a case. Then 15 minutes late I get an email saying my case has been closed... but the problem still isn't fixed. I have spent more than 2 hours on hold and on the phone with Intuit and it still doesn't work.
This experience was reported to the development team and corrected in the update released February 13, 2026. Please restart TurboTax Business, allow all updates, and print your forms again. You may also try opening the PDFs using the Chrome browser or Adobe Acrobat.
If you are still unable to print your CT fiduciary return, it would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:

However, I am a bit confused by your post:
1. This does not exist in my Menu for Tax Cut Business Desktop "Send Tax File to Agent." (see below)
2. My software says it is up to date (see below)
3. The last update I received was before 2/13.
4. I did a full uninstall and reinstall and am still having this issue.
Is there someone I can actually talk to about this since clearly something is very off here.
Well, after manually downloading an update, I can now send you a tax file. See token number below. However, the update(s) still have a release date of 2/6-2/12. So if there was a 2/13 update, I don't have it and can't seem to get it. Thank you!

This experience has been reported to development for further investigation. If they determine the cause of your experience, we'll post any possible resolution to this thread.
Our development team has determined that this experience is not a program defect. They recommend that you manually update TurboTax Business using the instructions here: Manually Update TurboTax Business Software. This will not affect the state module(s) you have already installed.
Please post the version number before and after your manual update. In TurboTax Business, the version number appears in the main menu (black bar at the top) under Help >> About TurboTax Business 20XX >> Version tab.
This information will help us verify that the update was successful.
Unfortunately, this did not help or change anything. Before and after versions are exactly the same. See screenshots below. First screenshot is PRE and second is POST manual update:

Likewise. Both before and after were 025.000.0191. Software shows my last update was on 2/20/26. So I am getting the updates.

My installation is up to date. I have uninstalled the CT state return and reinstalled it.

I used Step-By-Step; it says CT is ready to file but error persists.
Tried to Print to file, but the error shows up there as well.
I ran the Manual Update program. My version # did not change. 025.000.0195 before and after.
Error remains.
It looks like TT has been working this issue for a while now. What is the ETA?

Thank you. The new update worked for me and was able to finally print the final CT return for filing.
