I cannot E-file because there is an update available?

I have tried several tries, uninstalling and reinstalling, trying compatibility mode, my turbotax Home & Business will not allow me to transmit my returns because there is an update available for your verison of turbotax.

tried several times to select online and check for update but there is none.

I filed my tax return on 02/12 and it was accepted. Since then, there hasn’t been activity on my return and it still says that it hasn’t been processed. Any suggestions?
