You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
It sounds as if you may have more than one
account with TurboTax Online. If you do, you may be in a different account than
the one you used to file your tax return. To find out if you have
more than one TurboTax account, sign out of the account that you are currently
in and sign in here: https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ , enter your email address,
and click Continue to get an e-mailed list of all accounts tied to that email.
Since your return has been accepted, you will need to amend your return to make any corrections or add any information that you did not include on your original return. You cannot e-file an amended return as this cannot be filed. You will need to print and mail the amended return in order to file it.
