Call (888) 285-4169. Select Option 1, then 2.

I don’t have my card number so I cant

I can’t find the turbo tax prepaid card that was sent to me

Option 1 then 2 is to report a lost or stolen card. It will ask you for your SSN, DOB, etc.
No one here knows your card number. Only GreenDot bank does.
