I can't find the link to look at previous years tax returns. It takes me directly to set up when I sign in.

Yes, if you are able to access the account where you filed your 2015 tax return, log in using your username and password. Under My TurboTax, click on My Tax Timeline (see screenshot below - click to enlarge) to see all your prior tax returns. Click on the link for the tax year you need to see.
