Do you mean your Refund? Did you efile or mail your return? They are not processing mailed returns right now.

If you efiled....Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

When will you get your refund,

Are you asking about a Federal refund?   I'll give you some tips below, but first there are some things you need to check.

How did you file?   Did you efile?  If you used Online TurboTax, log in to your Online TurboTax account and confirm at the Tax Home that your efiled return was accepted.

Be sure you have waited at least 24 hours after your efiled return was "accepted" before using the IRS WMR tool.

https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

When using the IRS WMR tool, be sure you enter the correct SSN and filing status.  For the refund amount use only the Federal refund amount.  Do not use any combined total refund figure that includes the state refund.

Look at your actual 2019 return to get the Federal refund amount.  Be sure you are using what is displayed on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a for the Federal refund amount.

If the IRS WMR tool says your return is still "being processed", we can tell you some ways to check on it.
