I can’t file my own taxes because I’m not 18 and my parents don’t live in the US, how can I get the money I payed TurboTax back?

If you are a US resident you can file a tax return regardless of your age.  What issue are you having?

It was not letting me file because my Parents dont have a ssn since they live outside of the US

What is your status?  Are you a US citizen, a legal US Resident or nonresident alien?

Are you reporting more than $2,200 of unearned income and including a Form 8615 with your tax return?
