Thank you for your reply. I did the search while logged in, to see what my user names are that are associated with my phone number. I have two, but one was only ever used to generate 1099 forms, so no taxes were ever filed with that one. The one that I get the emails from Turbo Tax when I file doesn't show taxes filed for the past few years (while logged in on their site), and there are no other accounts tied to my phone number. I don't understand what's happening. I am using Turbo Tax Home & Business for Mac, if this info helps. I couldn't add that info to the original question, due to the limit in number of characters. Is it because I filed with software, and not their site? How do I sync what I did using Home & Business these past few years, so I can then go in and amend?
