I can't create an account to get my ippin online I even got a credit card just to get past the part where u need a credit card or some other type of loan but it says information doesn't match

Hate to tell you this, but it could take several months for the new card to show up on the credit reports the IRS taps for verification purposes.   You can wait until you can get thru on the phone lines to get the IP PIN   OR  you can mail in the return  (which could take several weeks at this time).
