I can't access my 2017 tax info, I think because I had to upgrade this year to include school info. What can I do?

If you filed 2017 late or amended, then your 2017 AGI might not be in the system.  Try using zero; if zero will not work and let you e-file 2018 then you have to print sign and mail 2018 instead.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.
