Did you get a tracking number from the post office when you mailed it so you know they got it?   The amended return lookup is here,

No I didn't get the tracking number.  That probably would have been smart. Now being that I can talk to is the automated system and  human that could check to see if they received it. Trust when I say I learned may lessons during this tax season.

I have checked on the IRS Website, I am aware that Turbo wouldn't have the information.  Even on the IRS website, it isn't showing up. I have gone to IRS amended status website. It is still showing no update.

Sorry  They are not processing mailed returns right now.  The mail is stacking up in trailers at the IRS.

Paper Tax Returns: All taxpayers should file electronically through their tax preparer, tax software provider or IRS Free File if possible. The IRS is not currently able to process individual paper tax returns. If you already have filed via paper but it has not yet been processed, do not file a second tax return or write to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return or your economic impact payment. Paper returns will be processed   once processing centers are able to reopen. This year, more than 90% of taxpayers have filed electronically.
