I can not print my Colorado state return

I printed my federal ok not Colorado state

On your TurboTax Online page just to the left of the question textbar at the top you should see the words, "My Account", with an arrow pointing down.

    Select the aforementioned, "My Account" -- a drop down menu will appear .
    Then select, "Print Center" --the Print Center's window will pop up.
    Select, "Print, save or preview this year's return".
    Then follow the instructions given in the Print Center.

Do note: You have to pay your TurboTax Online fee -- which the Print Center will prompt you to do -- if you haven't yet.

Why would I have to pay an online fee when I bought the software that says I get a state return?

I had the same problem. If you will download the suggested free version of Adobe Reader DC & follow the Turbo Tax suggestions of printing through that program, it works just fine...thank goodness!!!

I was at Colo web pg down loaded the coupon and saved as a pdf to my computer. Then opened Adobe Reader ( downloaded Adobe Reader free from the internet)  picked up the pdf file off my computer and printed it.
