I can not open my State Taxes to finish and file them, how do I get back into my State Taxes?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax. Make sure you have ran all updates.

Yes, I can sign into turbo tax but I can not open or efile my state taxes.
