I can not access my online 2017 taxes from turbo tax.

Check your C: drive on your PC possibly under my documents/turbotax folders. If you filled on your PC, turbo tax prompts you to save a copy somewhere on the hard drive. It will be a ",tax2017" file extension. You have have to turn on the file extensions if you can't see them while in File Explorer
