I attempted to claimed my dependent on my 2021 taxes as all years prior and was unable. Rceived a letter from the IRS, have over multiple months with no help.

I received a letter from the IRS saying they were not able to identify child was my dependent. I have called the IRS over 7+ months with no clarity.
