I asked to get my refund via Visa. Its been two month and no card ? When will I get my refund ?

I am unable to get an answer ... I need someone to call me ASAP. IRS sent my money a month ago

We do not have access to your information as this is a forum for question/answers.  You will have to call the number above as it is the customer service for the card issuer.  Another option is to call the IRS to notify them of the situation so they can reissue your refund via another method.  You can contact the IRS at this number: 1-800-829-1040

IRS hours 7 AM – 7 PM local time Monday-Friday.  When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: “Refund”, or it will send you to an automated phone line. So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for “personal income tax” instead.Then press 1 for “form, tax history, or payment”.Then press 3 “for all other questions.”Then press 2 “for all other questions.”
– When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don’t enter anything.
– After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Then press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.

Intuit provided my birth date wrong to Green Dot Bank and now I can not get info. I need help

If you would like to double check this information, you can go here:
Log into your Turbo Tax Online account.
Select "Take me to my return", then "My Info."  
You will see "Personal info" in the middle section.  

The information is transmitted from the data that is entered in your account.  We can only assist with your Turbo Tax software and we don't have access to your Prepaid Card information, your personal information, or their systems.  You would have to reach out to the number above in my original response for further assistance.
