I amended my taxes to correct my healthcare info but now I have a 0$ balance on my state return.

I amended my taxes to correct my healthcare info but now I have a 0$ balance on my state return.

This is normal.  The refund meter during the amendment process only shows the differences from changes you made from your original return.  Your original refund will still be paid to you.  So, if you updated just your healthcare information, that likely didn't effect your state at all, so there were no changes to your state refund, which is why it shows 0.
