I amended my return for 2016 and see the instructions for mailing my federal but none for my state. What do I send for my California state amended return?

We have already received our refund and now owe so I want to get the payment sent.

If you completed a 540X to amend your California State return please see attached screen shot of the address to send in your amended return with payment.

I believe I made an amendment on my 2024 taxes. It is still showing my previous return amount. Does this mean I did not do it correctly?
