I amended my return and it is now a pdf. I need to add more information, how can I open to add the new info?

Did you mail the first amended return and amending a second time?
Or just continuing in the first one?

Your original pdf stays as is. Make your changes in your .tax file (you can save it to a new name if you care about iterations) and print a new one. On mine I added the word amended and the date to the title to keep my hardcopies straight
