I amended my 2022 tax return on 2/24 and haven't received the resulting refund yet. How long are amendment refunds supposed to take? The IRS website can't find my refund.

It takes a minimum of 4 months for an amended return to be processed, but the IRS is somewhat backlogged so amended returns currently may take 6 months or longer.

When you check the IRS web site are you looking at Where's My Amended Return?

And if you filed the amendment before the original return was fully processed then the time frame to process the amended return starts after the date the original return was processed.   For instance, if you had a balance due on the original return the IRS traditionally doesn't process those quickly and may not even look at it until after 4/18 which will delay the amendment even further.
