I amended my 2017 return a few weeks ago. Whenever the federal return gets updated with what I put on it, will my return update with you guys so I can get it from here?

Your question is very confusing ... did you mail in the amended return ?  If so you can check the progress here:

To amend 2017 you had to use the Desktop installed program. Amended returns can only be mailed and can take 16 weeks to process.  

Since you used the Desktop program nothing got updated in your online account.  If you have not done 2018 yet you can transfer from the amended 2017 return on your computer into 2018 online or Desktop.  We can tell you how.
