I amended a return for 2022 w/ $19k take home, and had to pay $3k? This must be an error. Who can I talk to or find out more about this from?

Amended a return from 2022 with a W2 from Washington State (filing in Nevada). I made $21k with $19k take home, and I had to pay almost $3k on it? Any information on this or directions to who I could talk to would be much obliged.

You need to include more information.   Was the income you entered the ONLY income you received for 2022--or was it in addition to other income you had already entered on an original 2022 return?   What is your filing status?  Was any tax withheld from the income that was on that W-2?   Provide some details----but no personal information.
