I am wanting to file and apply for refund advance, but I don't want to use turbo visa card do I have to use it or can I use my own?

No, you cannot use your own existing card.  If you are given the opportunity to apply for a Refund Advance Loan and are approved, you can only get the Refund Advance on a new Turbo Prepaid Card.  Once the IRS issues your refund it'll be loaded to your Turbo Prepaid Visa Card, minus your Refund Advance amount and any other agreed upon fees.
