I am waiting to amend my return and that part of turbo tax isn't ready till the 16th, but I received a deposit from TPG Products LLC? Am I still able to amend?

When the amendment program is available you can use it if you already got the original federal refund.  You will simply need to wait a bit.

Yes, you will able to amend your return.  Actually, the IRS suggests you wait until your original return has been fully processed.  Since your original return is fully processed, no problem amending when the form becomes available.
