Yes, if you are working in TurboTax Online, sometimes your browser just signs you in, and it takes you back to the beginning as if you never started your return.
If this happens to you in TurboTax Online, sign out. This will bring you back to where you sign in. If it shows you more than one user name, select the user name you are using this year and sign in again.
Are you using the CD/download for Premier---or the online Premium? The names are similar and can be confusing.
