    Just to clarify, are you receiving an error message when trying to access https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/?

    I am unable to access the TurboTax web site to file my information.  I continue to get erroneous information.  I have used TurboTax for several years and never had the problems I am experiencing this year.  I have changed my logon and password information several times and have not been able to continue.  I would appreciate some human help to resolve this problem!!!!!!!!!
