I am unable to access previous turbo tax products. My computer had to be rebuilt and I want to get turbo 19 and turbo 19. How do I do this?

Do you want to reinstall programs you already had?  Where did you buy them?  Did you buy the CD or the Download?  Are you on the Advantage Auto Renew Plan?

If you reinstall the programs you will need your tax return files.  Did any files get saved from your computer?  You need the files ending in .tax2019, .tax2018, .tax2017 etc. to open in the program.  They should have been in your Documents in a Turbo Tax folder.
