It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
Thanks for the quick reply. I tried this a few times and just did again now.
The website *does* tell me it thinks i have two accounts.
But when I load the account recovery page, it asks for my email, then asks to send me a security code.
After I come back and enter the security code, it simply asks me to create a new password.
But zero mention of multiple accounts.
Is it possible that I filed with turbotax but missed the option to actually SAVE my return in TT's database? Is this a thing? Is it possible they have it tucked away, and I can pay to retrieve it?
My issue is that I need to reference specific expenses from my previous return. The only thing I can retrieve from the IRS is the transcript. In order to get the actual return they want a fee and a 75 day wait period. I don't have that much time :(
Thanks again
