I am trying to print my 2016 copy federal and state returns. When I go to documents it wants to print 164paged help please?

Was there only the one 2016 PDF in your account--the large one with all the forms and worksheets?

When printing from a PDF, you can choose which specific pages to print.  You don't have to print the whole thing which includes all the extra worksheets that are for your records.   If you just need the actual return, you can print out just those few pages.
