I am trying to print a past return, but there is no "Documents" tab anywhere on the side bar or in the "Intuit Account." So where do I go to access a return from 2018?

Don't try to find "Documents" selection if it isn't there.

FIRST, you need to make sure you have started thru some of the 2021 questions

....AFTER you get a ways into 2021, look for the "Tax Home" selection in the left bar

......select that, THEN scroll down in the main screen to "Your tax returns & documents" and expand that section

..............select the tax year and save a PDF from each year displayed. 

(if no prior years are displayed, then you are either in the wrong Online account, or used the desktop software for those years and the files won't be there)

If you used TurboTax CD/Download software to prepare your 2018 tax return, your tax file would be stored locally on your computer. Please see this TurboTax help article for assistance locating it on your computer: How do I get a copy of a tax return prepared with the TurboTax CD/Download software?
