This is not helping the issue. I think TurboTax is bullshit! I will have to find another way to get tax help. I think its a scam that you promise great service and not provide it!

The TurboTax online editions are Only for tax year 2020.

To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

If you need to file 2019 tax then it cannot be done online or form a phone - only on a Mac, or Windows computer with the 2019 software installed.

TurboTax online and e-file for 2019 ended on Oct 15, 2020. 2019 (and earlier tax years) can now only be completed using the CD/download software installed on a Mac or Windows computer. The return must be printed, signed and mailed.
