I am trying to complete my tax return and it will not allow me to take the payment out of my federal refund, why is this?

Refund Processing, which allows you to pay for Turbo Tax fees out of your refund, will become available when all the forms are ready to be filed. Some federal forms do not yet have the IRS final draft available and then states do not finalize some of their forms until the federal ones are ready.
