I am trying to amend my 2019 tax return but I am getting an error for Form 8965 that the calculations can't be completed how to I complete this?

What do you mean "amend" your 2019 return? Amending is a special process only used to make corrections to a filed, accepted, fully processed return. Do you just mean you are trying to fix a mistake on the return you are still preparing?
